Google reader is one of the popular feed reader service available on web and however its not possible to directly edit or clear the cache of Google reader. Google reader fetches your blog posts from your feedburner service and not from your blogger service. Many bloggers are facing duplicate content issue just because of google reader, let me illustrate "how it is possible??".
suppose you have moved all the posts of your older blog to newer blog and you have just deleted your older blog and its feeds burned with feedburner or any other feed services, but if Google reader have fetched your blog feed earlier, then beware that your feed fetched in Google reader doesn't and never gets deleted even-though you have delete your whole blog and its posts or your feeds in feedburner and this leads to duplicate content issue of your new blog in which you have republished those posts. As the term says " The information stored in web never gets destroyed ". So if your are reading this post, then i hope you are facing the same problem with google.
